Ho Chi Minh Branch – Client Relationship Manager

Job descriptions:

  • Process new sales leads, monitor sales process and marketing database
  • Co-ordinate sales activity for nominated clients, manage the correspondence between sales team and their clients
  • Support the conversion of major sales prospects, with increased emphasis on winning contracts from customers not presently serviced by VIRAC
  • Answer phone calls, schedule diaries, handle inquiries from potential and existing customers
  • Keep track of sales targets; monitor customer accounts
  • Conduct feasibility studies in support of sales activities
  • Contribute to winning new contracts from new and existing customers – nurture and enhance existing client relationships; identify and progress opportunities to enhance existing product and cross sell other products and services
  • Specify initial product/service requirements for new clients
  • Takes responsibility for the production of proposals
  • Provide language assistance to internalize our proposition to clients
