Hanoi Office – Business Development Manager

Job descriptions:

❖ Business Development

Develop a growth strategy focused both on maintain existing customer
satisfaction and develop new client portfolio
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and also
media partners

Team Management and Coaching

Conduct and provide strong coaching and training to sales subordinates
Boost up and manage work efficiencies of subordinate through professional
tools and provide adequate coaching/mentoring to BD team
Allocate and review records of sales, revenue of subordinates etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Manage the team performance
Be partly in charge of marketing (online and offline)
Manage performance of marketing staff
Review content of marketing and efficiencies of publish of report

Required qualifications:

Proven working experience as a business development manager, Senior sales executive and team strong management
Experiences as Team leader/manager in FI, Corporate Sales, Priority Banking is an advantage
Proven sales track record
Experiences in management role as sales leader
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
