Job descriptions:
- Process new sales leads, monitor sales process and marketing database
- Co-ordinate sales activity for nominated clients, manage the correspondence between sales team and their clients
- Support the conversion of major sales prospects, with increased emphasis on winning contracts from customers not presently serviced by VIRAC
- Answer phone calls, schedule diaries, handle inquiries from potential and existing customers
- Keep track of sales targets; monitor customer accounts
- Conduct feasibility studies in support of sales activities
- Contribute to winning new contracts from new and existing customers – nurture and enhance existing client relationships; identify and progress opportunities to enhance existing product and cross sell other products and services
- Specify initial product/service requirements for new clients
- Takes responsibility for the production of proposals
- Provide language assistance to internalize our proposition to clients
Required qualifications:
