Logistics plays an important role in supporting the development of all sectors of the economy. Sea transport is the main transportation mode in international transport activities, accounting for 90% of world commercial goods. In the sea port sector, Asia is seen as the market of port cargo throughput at the highest level. In Vietnam, market size of logistics is expanding and accounted for 10.5% in GDP in 2016. Transportation accounted for the largest proportion in logistics turnover. The structure of cargo ship suffers from serious drawbacks. Revenues from warehousing and loading services tend to increase continuously during 2010 – 2016 with CAGR of 24.3% and 14.8% respectively.
